Norfleet of Lafayette, Indiana. Commenting on the acquisition, Schwab President Jerry Ehrlich stated, �We have re-capitalized the Company to allow it to embark on a new period of growth. We will focus our efforts on new product development, increasing the performance of on-time delivery, and making changes in the manufacturing process to incorporate more contemporary machines and procedures.
