All products
are priced without accessory equipment. To obtain total cost of
product, add desired accessory cost(s) to price of product. Please
specify by model number and quantity where they are to be installed.
STANDARD
COLORS
Please refer
to Schwab's color chart below for a visual representation of our
standard colors. Note: color will vary due to individual monitor settings. For true color accuracy,
Schwab's color shart is the best reference.
All
Files:
Choice of gray, light gray (forerly gray value 1), tan, sand,
putty or black smooth finish.
All
Record and Media Safes:
Choice of charcoal, gray, tan, putty, or off-white textured finish.
All
Cabinets:
Choice of gray or off-white textured finish. Decorative trim will
be charcoal.
Media
Cooler®: gray.
Vault
Doors, File Room Doors and Daygates:
Choice of tan, charcoal, gray or forest green textured finish.
SPECIAL
COLORS
Special colors
are available on files, record safes, media safes, vault and file
room doors. When ordering a special color, please supply a sample
chip for matching. The cost for special colors will be based on
the total quantity of products per special color per order. |
FREIGHT
Merchandise
should be fully inspected upon receipt for evidence of damage
for shortage before signing the delivery
receipt. If damage or shortage is evident, please be sure to not
this on the delivery receipt.
If external
appearance has not indicated damage, but damage is discovered
upon unpacking:
1) |
Concealed
damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Contact
Schwab's customer service department immediately. |
2) |
Save
all packing materials. |
3) |
Immediately call the carrier to inform them and request immediate inspection.
Failure to do so will significantly increase the chances of
the claim being denied. |
4) |
Confirm
your conversations with the carrier in writing. |
Remember:
Time is of the essance. Any delay can result int he carrier refusing
to honor the claim. Schwab is not responsible for reimbursement
of claims refused due to a delay in reporting damage.
Pricing includes
freight charges DOCK-TO-DOCK delivery to Washington, D.C. plus
the 48 contiguous United States. However, shipments to Alaska,
Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico ship freight-included to port
of exit within the 48 contiguous United States. Freight from that
point to final destination is responsibility of purchaser.
Step charges
for deliveries of files and cabinets to non-union locations are
broken down into increments as follows: 0-3 steps, 4-15 steps,
15-25 steps and 26+ steps. Step charges are in addition to the
regular inside delivery charges. Please call Schwab for a quote. |
DELIVERY
All deliveries
are Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM, "DOCK-TO-DOCK",
which means driver will deliver to you or your customer's locaton,
but will not remove merchandise from the truck, or change its
placement in the bed of the truck. Inside or residential delivery,
lift-services are available at an additional cost. Please call
customer service for pricing.

to provide correct delivery information at the time of order
will result in additional cost. |

Attempt
delivery fee will be charged when applicable. |

Inside
delivery does not include moving furniture to place the product
or leveling of the product. |

Vault
and file room doors are scheduled for DOCK-TO-DOCK delivery
only. Unloading services are available at additional cost. |
SCHWAB
WARRANTY
Certain Schwab
products carry a lifetime limited replacement warranty or a lifetime
parts replacement warranty.
